Cascade locks… welcome Oregon!

Highlights of the 82 miles from Trout Lake to Cascade Locks…

  • Completing the first 500 miles (800 km) of the PCT
  • Finished hiking one of the 3 states where the PCT goes through: Washington
  • Walked our longest distance in a day: a marathon! 26 miles (42km)… twice in two consecutive days!!
  • Berries berries berries (another post on that) 🫐🍓

And now… we’re going to take some rest in Cascade Locks before continuing our journey to the legendary Timberline Lodge.
