We’re starting!!

After some last minute preparations, PCT here we come! 🌲🥾☀️

We just got back to the States yesterday and so the packing has been fueled by adrenaline and caffeine. But our bags are packed and first resupply boxes are ready 🥳.

Our trail angels Kirsten and Eric helped with a few items, last REI run and a ride to the trailhead with the beloved “Subi”.

The only (*knock on wood*) mishap we had today is that the post office was closed because of the Juneteenth and we couldn’t send our first resupply boxes. However, an anonymous contributor stepped up for us and will deliver the box tomorrow. Big thanks to her, you’re a lifesaver!!

The forecast for the first 4 days shows snow and rain, so wish us luck! We have a 30 miles stretch going north from Hart’s Pass until the border, where we will officially start the PCT on the Northen Terminus. Then, we’ll continue our journey on the PCT going south.
